Three Sisters Livestock

Registered Gelbvieh Cattle

We are constantly woking to improve our cattle and our farm.  We keep detailed production records on our cows and cull according to those records, based first on temperment, then production records.  We occasionally have heifers or cows for sale.  We will also feed out several steers each year for freezer beef.

Three Sisters Livestock is located at 5639 Hurricane Road, Cadiz, KY.  Three Sisters Livestock is a family farm, owned and operated by Kenny and Martha Shipley and the three sisters Emily, Ellen and Sarah.  We currently have a herd of 43 cows, including commercial cross-bred and registered Gelbviehs.  The three sisters are also involved in raising and showing Jersey cattle and boer goats

Participation in the Enviromental Quality Incentives Program helps us to minimize the impact of cattle on the enviroment and improve wildlife habitat.  We also participate in a quality deer management program.
