HUNT CLUB GUIDELINES
Membership
Club is limited to 4 memberships at an annual cost of $2000 each.
($500 deposit required by July 4th)
Harvest Limits
2 Bucks & 2 Does - 8pt and 15" spread minimum for bucks
(Youth Hunters - 4 pts. Minimum)
NOTE: State Law allows only one buck per hunter.
Guest
You may bring one or more guest hunters. Guest must hunt the same zone as the member.
Guest may not hunt without the member present in the same zone. Any deer harvested by guests count toward the members limit.
(You can split the $2000 membership fee between two or more people, but the one member is the responsible party and the harvest limit, is still 2 bucks and 2 does per membership.)
Hunting Zones - Schedules - Reservations
There are five hunting zones (North, South, Grays, Pleasure Ridge & Church Ground)
Only one member will be allowed in a zone at any one time.
A web site with a hunt club calendar will be available. Before hunting a member must call or email to reserve the preferred zone. Ken will record the reservation of the requested zone on the web site calendar. Members may reserve a zone or zones well ahead of hunt time. Members can reserve no more than 4 straight days in any one zone.
Insurance
Hunt club insurance will be provided.
Misc. Rules
Use common sense and courtesy. (Pick up your trash, close gates, etc.)
Safety Harnesses are required for tree stands.
No drug or alcohol use while hunting will be tolerated.
Stands and Blinds
Several stands and blinds are available for member use. Club members may bring their own stands or blinds. Stands should not damage trees in any way and must be removed after the season. Members may not use other hunters stands without prior permission. Limbs and brush under 3" diameter may be cut for shooting lanes.
Food Plots, Trail Cameras, etc.
Food plots, mineral licks, and corn piles will be available
Significant or interesting trail camera photos will be posted on the web site.
Farming Activities
Every effort will be made to keep farming activities and livestock that could interfere with hunters
limited to zones and days where there are no hunters, but that is not always possible.
Actions that can result in forfeiture of membership.
Drug or Alcohol use while hunting.
Unscheduled hunting or scouting.
Any clearly unsafe activities.
Harvesting more than the club limit.
Violation of any state hunting laws by any member or guest.
